Dave Hoobler

Dave has been working in the insurance industry since 1999 and with the Averill family for almost 22 years. Dave began working in Annuities in 2001 right before the tragedy of 9/11 and the downturn that followed, he saw the value in the appropriate use of annuities in a portfolio. Dave has successfully passed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam. He graduated from the University of Toledo and is the proud single father to his son who will be receiving his degree as an electrical engineer from the University of Toledo in 2023. His friends often find him enjoying the nature outdoors or cooking up some fantastic new recipe. They also find him staring into the sky while engaging in conversation about astronomy and astrophysics.

Gyeral Nice

Gyeral has been working in the insurance industry for 34 years. He began working with Carleton Averill Sr as an insurance agent, then in 2012 stayed with Mr. Averill’s son after his retirement. Gyeral is also an investment adviser representative and, as such, has an obligation to put his clients’ interests first. Gyeral believes in strategies that minimize out-of-pocket investment fees or charges for clients. In his free time, Gyeral enjoys hitting the green for some golf with friends and watching sports.
